The personality test we took online has determined by my responses to the questions that I should be classified as a guardian. Within the status of a guardian I have determined that I am also classified as a protector. I personally believe that this description fits me well as I agree with many of the things written on the page describing a protector. For example I tend to get very protective when I feel that someone I care deeply about is threatened in any way shape or form. I prefer to stand up and defend my peers rather than sit back and watch them get torn down either physically or emotionally. Another thing that defines me is that I am not comfortable in a situation where the rules are not set in stone. I believe that order should be established in any working environment to produce the best outcome possible. If rules are present and I believe someone is disrespecting those rules then I tend to become frustrated and I will let it be known to the people around me.
It is also written that protectors find great satisfaction in helping the people who are in need in any way. I find that when my friends are in a bind or are just looking for some guidance that I seem to be the one they come to. I might not always tell them what they want to hear but I will defend what I say with personal experiences and facts to where they seem to agree and understand what I am saying. I enjoy giving advice when it is needed and I will always be the first to stand up and defend my friends in their time of need. I don’t believe violence is necessary but I do find I can usually use my knowledge and wisdom to outsmart and sometimes confuse whoever threatens my friends or family to the point in which they are frustrated and go away. I enjoy the role of being a protector.
